Handmade lead time

Every fire hose ring is made to order in the USA. Current average production time: 4–6 weeks.

That window starts when the order is ready to build (including after you confirm size if you chose Unsure — send me a ring sizer first).

After it ships

We ship via USPS. Most US deliveries arrive 1–3 days after ship date. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Cost

US shipping is free on Blaze orders.

International shipping, if enabled at checkout, is carrier-calculated and not the focus of our current US-first offer.

Order status

1. Check your email for tracking.
2. If you’re still inside 4–6 weeks and have no tracking, production is likely still underway.
3. Email info@blazedesigncompany.com with your order number for a status check — we’ll give an honest update.

Address changes

Email ASAP. Once an order is fulfilled / labeled, address changes may not be possible.
