Not sure of your size? Choose Send Me a Free Sizer First when you order. We’ll mail a ring sizer and wait for your confirmation before making your ring.

Every U.S. order includes one complimentary size exchange within 120 days of delivery. For that exchange, Blaze provides the prepaid return label and ships the replacement at no charge.

Your replacement uses the same hose design in the size you request. The original ring must be returned before the replacement is sent.

If the ring isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For returns or exchanges, email info@blazedesigncompany.com before sending anything. We’ll provide the correct return instructions and, for eligible size exchanges, a prepaid return label.

Returned rings should be clean and undamaged. For standard returns, return shipping is paid by the customer; the prepaid label applies only to eligible size exchanges.

After we receive and inspect the ring, your refund goes back to the original payment method.

Your ring is covered by a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty for manufacturing and craftsmanship defects for the life of the ring.

It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, impacts, loss, misuse, or improper care.

Every ring is built with real retired fire hose. Color, texture, markings, and wear naturally vary from piece to piece—that history is part of what makes each ring unique.

Natural variation is not a defect. If we ever replace a ring, we’ll match your design as closely as available hose allows.

Ceramic is highly scratch resistant, but it can crack if dropped or struck hard. Remove your ring before firefighting, construction, lifting, chopping wood, or other high-impact activities.

Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
