Email info@blazedesigncompany.com as soon as possible. Rings are made to order — once production has started we may not be able to change size, style, or cancel.
Is US shipping free?
Yes — all US shipping is free. You’ll receive tracking when the order ships.
How long until my ring ships?
Fire hose rings are handmade to order in the USA. We’re currently averaging 4–6 weeks of production, then USPS delivery (typically 1–3 days after ship).
Will I get confirmation emails?
Yes — order confirmation at purchase, and a shipment email with tracking when it leaves us.
Where is my order?
If you have tracking, use the carrier link. If you’re still inside the production window and don’t have tracking yet, you’re likely still in the handmade queue — email us with your order number and we’ll check status.
Why doesn’t my ring match the photos exactly?
Recycled fire hose varies. Color may be lighter or darker; scuffs, markings, and lettering differ. That’s the hose’s history — expected character, not a defect.
What are the rings made of?
Recycled fire hose over a black ceramic comfort interior. 8 mm width, polished beveled edges, smooth comfort fit. Handmade in the USA.
What’s The Responder?
Our thin red line fire hose ring — the primary style. Also available: Patriot, Phantom, Medic, Sentinel, Guardian ($149 each).
Can I wear it while firefighting or lifting?
Remove it for firefighting, weightlifting, construction, chopping wood, or any high-impact / crush risk. Ceramic is great for everyday and ceremonial wear; it is not intended for heavy-duty impact.
What if I don’t know my size?
