ORDERS

Can I customize/engrave my pendant or wallet?

At this time do not offer custom engraving.

Is there a minimum order for free US shipping?

Yes, US shipping is free over $50!

Can I change/cancel my order?

This can be done as long as your order is not processed yet. Please email us at info@blazedesigncompany as soon as possible in order to make a change or to cancel your order.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped the day after ordering. We pride ourselves on fast shipping!

Will I receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another email when it is shipped including tracking information.

How long does it take to receive my order once my item has been shipped?

We ship via USPS, you can expect your order to arrive 1-3 days after it is shipped.

My order hasn't arrived yet, but I think it should have by now. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived yet please email us info@blazedesigncompany.com and we will help you track it down.

 

PRODUCTS

My item looks different than the pictures/description on the website. Is this expected?

Due to the recycled nature of the fire hose your item may appear slightly different from what you see in our product pictures. The color may be slightly lighter or darker and may come with scuffs and markings. Each item is uniquely hand-crafted, and may differ slightly from other products of a similar make. This is the character and story that each fire hose has!

Will you offer more colors?

We add new colors periodically. If you'd like to request a specific color, please email us info@blazedesigncompany.com

How will I know when you have new products or new colors?

Please sign up for our email list at the bottom of the page for product or new color updates.
